An exquisite perfect pair of pear shaped natural fancy yellow diamonds set in a halo-style diamond in platinum border with an 18 karat yellow gold four-prong mounting.  The 9.07 and 9.02 carats each diamonds are suspended from lever back diamond in platinum earrings with a 1.02 and 1.01 carat cushion shaped diamond set in the middle.
