This ear cuff is sold as a single earring.
You only need one piercing at the bottom of the ear. The top part of the cuff could easily be adjusted to fit any ear size with a small screw that easily makes it tighter or looser and does not require a piercing.
Please specify in "note for seller" if you prefer the cuff for the right or the left ear.
